COVID-19: Customer Credit Terms update.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide shut-downs being implemented, our way of doing business has been temporarily altered and we have had to reevaluate our policies, which may impact you, our valued customers.

This is an unprecedented situation for all of us, and we will continue to remain committed and support your business through this tumultuous time to the best of our abilities.

In order for Accurate to fulfill your orders and still satisfy our vendor obligations, as of Monday, March 23, 2020 all orders for customers who are currently out of credit terms will be on a Cash On Delivery ("COD") basis only. Payments can be made via credit card or check. Products will not be delivered until payment is received. If you are not certain if this applies to your account, please contact our office and we will advise you.

Our delivery days will be minimized, and some items may not be available due to supply constraints from our vendors and manufacturers.

We will continue to update you here with any changes to this and any additional company policies as quickly as we can.

We regret having to take these measures but feel they are necessary to prevent any interruption of our services. Thank you for your patience and we encourage you to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the above information.
