Economy Pot/Pan Detergent
Designed for use in three compartment sink warewashing applications, Value Pot & Pan provides excellent detergency and grease removal from all types of wares.
Directions for Use
Dispense detergent from the appropriate dispenser or pump top bottle into the wash compartment of the sink. For best results, scape excess soils from wares, and allow to soak in detergent briefly. Scour wares with a clean brush or sponge, and follow with a clear water rinse, and sanitizer.
