Manual Warewashing Detergent
This product provides you with heavy-duty, high suds solution that makes short work of
dirty pots, pans and dishes. It�s easy on hands but tough on grease and food deposits.
It works by softening quickly and suspending grease so it can wash away easily. Keeps
sinks clean and is safe for use on aluminum.
Directions for Use
Dispense detergent from the appropriate dispenser into the wash compartment of the sink. For best results, scape excess soils from wares, and allow to soak in detergent briefly. Scour wares with a clean brush or sponge, and follow with a clear water rinse, and sanitizer.
